- A deposit is required to secure your booking.
- You can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel within the 30 days before arrival.
- Should we be able to accommodate you for a one-night stay, the full amount must be paid on booking.
- Check-in times are from 14:00 – 17:00 on the day of arrival (late check-in with prior arrangement). Check-out is at 10:00 (late check-out with prior arrangement).
- Please be advised that no extra overnight visitors are allowed to stay at the property.
- The cottage must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
- If there are breakages or damage is caused, please inform us.
- We reserve the right to terminate the visit of any person whose conduct is detrimental to the comfort of others, without compensation. Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum after 22:00.
- No smoking is allowed in any of the cottages.
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- We reserve the right of entry to the properties at all reasonable times for the purposes of cleaning (if applicable) or to carry out repairs or maintenance.
- In the unlikely event that we must cancel the reservation due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund. No further financial claims will then be considered.
- No liability shall be accepted by us for loss, damage or theft of personal property belonging to guests, either in the property or in/to cars, bicycles or other vehicles left on the property. Nor shall liability be accepted by us for accident or injury to guests, either within the property or outside.
- Please do inform us as soon as possible if you have a complaint with your accommodation or if you find that anything is faulty within the accommodation that needs our attention, so that we can assist and repair or make alternative arrangements. Due to the limited period of occupation, it may not be possible to repair such items during the period of occupation.
- Our cottages are not serviced. Clean towels can be provided after a four-night stay on request. Linen will be changed on the sixth day, if you are staying for a minimum of ten nights.
- Please be aware, the cottages are situated on a working wine farm. Children must be accompanied at all times.
- Should you make use of the swimming pool or dam, please note that you do so at your own risk and children under 10 should not be left unattended.
